ICFe having the competence to deliver quality skill based training and employment opportunities and Prayas working towards the aim of enabling and empowering people to improve their lives target to provide training to nearly 5,000 students from the underprivileged-backward classes such as SC/ST, Muslim girls, orphans and children of war widows.

Prayas is playing an important role of facilitating Koshish by identifying those marginalized students of the society who can and are keen to undertake these job oriented trainings at minimum cost. The students will be given industry specific training in Banking, Finance, Soft Skills and Insurance (BFSI) and later placement assistance by ICFe. The average cost per student ranges from Rs.16,000 - Rs.32,000 depending upon the nature and duration of the course. In this initiative, ICFe (Nexgen) is subsidizing the cost by 50% under its CSR initiative and the rest will be sponsored by the PSUs, Corporate houses and philanthropists under their CSR.
