| In class | Lecture will be delivered with the help of interactive PPTs, followed by an immediate assessment for that class with the help of Magical 20 (a quick questionnaire of 20 questions) comprising of drilling skills like MCQs, Crossword Puzzles, Quick Numericals, HOTS etc. |
| For Home | A Home Assignment EXCELL will be given to the students for comprehensive study and evaluation which will be assessed by the teachers on submission in the next class within a time span of two days. A copy of solution to home assignment will be available as library copy with the centre. |
| For Assessment | Assessment will be done according to the promotional performance of the child. For Example, there will be 3 tests for a chapter namely 1. FAT (First Assessment Test), 2. SAT (Second Assessment Test), and 3. LAT (Last Assessment Test) When a student scores above 80 % in an assessment test, it will be optional for him to take next level assessment test. If a student fails to score 80 % in all these three tests then a special test SeAT (Self Assessment Test) will be given to that student with the solution, so as to make the student learn, the methodology and the presentation of the answers in the paper. |

General instructions
For Students
1. The students are advised to attend classes regularly. The students who remain irregular and non serious about Studies can be de-rolled and their admission can be cancelled.
2. Assessment tests are very important; therefore students are advised not to miss any of the tests.
3. Students are advised to maintain discipline in the class room and good behaviour towards their respective teachers and class friends.
4. Any Misbehaviour can lead to cancellation of admission.
5. All students must complete their home work assignments EXCELL given to them on time.
6. Use of Mobile Phone is restricted in the class.
7. Those students who bring their conveyances must lock them properly; the centre will not be responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles.
8. To all students, I card will be issued. All students must carry their I-card when ever they come to the centre.
9. In case the I card is misplaced, the student should inform the counselor & get a new I card issued after paying a fine of Rs.100/-.
10. Once a student is enrolled, he/she has to pay fee for full session in the prescribed installments which are not Refundable.
For Parents
1. The parents are advised to keep a check on, assessment test reports and regularity of the classes of their ward.
2. The parents are advised not to allow their wards to miss any class because any absence will lead to loss of students' precious time.
3. If on any day the ward comes late from the classes then it will be the responsibility of parents to enquire from their ward as well as from the institute/ teacher, the real cause of being late.
4. Parents are advised to motivate their ward to take test honestly and not allow the ward to miss any test. These tests are very helpful in building self confidence.
5. We expect parents to fully cooperate with us so that their ward can gain maximum from us.
